This AUP is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

1.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Engage in, promote, or facilitate illegal activities of any kind
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person
  • Distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable
  • Promote discrimination, hatred, or violence against any individual or group
  • Facilitate fraud, phishing, or social engineering attacks
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software

1.2 Misuse of the Platform

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal API usage
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service in a manner that could overload, impair, or disable our infrastructure

1.3 Content Restrictions

  • Upload or process content that you do not have the right to use
  • Upload content that infringes on any intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload content containing personally identifiable information of individuals without their consent
  • Use the AI to generate content that impersonates real individuals or organizations
  • Present AI-generated outputs as verified professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) without appropriate disclaimers
  • Upload or process content that is designed to generate harmful, misleading, or deceptive AI responses

1.4 Misrepresentation

  • Misrepresent AI-generated responses as human-generated without disclosure to your end users
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority
  • Create accounts under false pretenses or with false information
  • Impersonate any person, business, or entity

2. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the actions of any team members you invite
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for informing your end users that they are interacting with AI-powered technology where required by law
  • You are responsible for the content you upload and the accuracy of information in your knowledge base
  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your end users for data collection through the chat widget
  • You must maintain appropriate security measures for your account credentials

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor usage of the Service for compliance with this AUP. We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:

  • Issuing warnings
  • Suspending or restricting access to the Service
  • Terminating your account without notice or refund
  • Removing or disabling content that violates this AUP
  • Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities
  • Cooperating with law enforcement investigations

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us using the contact information provided on our website. We appreciate your help in maintaining a safe and productive environment for all users.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time at our sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
